The business meeting will begin at 10:30 am. The business meeting is to vote on capital improvement items that were tabled in January and to vote on Papy B’s call to Deacon. The class format is much like a Sunday School class this begins at the conclusion of the business meeting.

Communion service will be followed by a potluck. All are welcome to stay and join us for lunch.

Leadership will meet at 9:45 am. Worship service will begin at 10:45 am.

Due to the impending winter weather Cedar Ridge has canceled services for Jan. 25. The scheduled business meeting will be held Feb.1

This format allows for discussion. There will be a meeting of the 2026 leadership team following the service.

Sandy Smith’s memorial service will take place at 11 am. The church is not available for any other activity on this date.

The Smith family has reserved the church for this date.

Second Sunday of Advent. For potluck, please bring a pot of a favorite soup and either a side dish (to complement soups) or a dessert.

Come join the fun. Bring: a dish to share for brunch. Bring for the gift exchange ($10-15) if you would like to participate in that activity. There will also be a cookie exchange if you’d like to participate, bring 3 dozen cookies and a container for those cookies you’ll take home. This year along with brunch and games there will be a craft.

First Sunday of Advent

The purpose of the business meeting is to elect new pastor(s) for 2026 and to sustain two priesthood calls. The business meeting will begin promptly at 10:45.

Following the Communion service, we will enjoy a potluck lunch. Plan to stay and bring a dish or two to share. After eating there will be a game to enjoy with the group it could be Bingo, Family Feud, or maybe Pictionary. It will be a group game to complete our fellowship.
